As the Fifth Circuit previously allowed a portion of the North Texas’ pill ban to stand, initial betting would be that they reach the same result again. However, the Supreme Court’s 7-2 ruling staying the entire ban gives some hope they will reconsider. If not, the case will go back to the Supreme Court. I would expect the full stay will remain in place until the Supreme Court rules again.
